CRM Marketing Executive - Bristol / £35k-£40k / Hybrid

I am currently working with an exciting client that is the market leader within their industry and they are looking for a crm marketing exec to join their growing team. You'll drive customer engagement and revenue through their email channel. Under the guidance of their Head of Marketing, you'll create and execute targeted email campaigns, optimize their subscriber base, and track key performance indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective email strategies.
• Build and manage customer automation workflows.
• Optimize email performance through A/B testing.
• Create compelling email campaigns.
• Define and track email KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align activities.
• Communicate key email plans to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Has a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
• Can create compelling and effective email copy.
• Familiar with working within budget constraints and measuring return on investment.
• Proficient in using email marketing software.
• Continuously seeks new knowledge and insights.
• Understands business objectives and financial metrics.
• Leverages data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
