Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Site Manager to lead and oversee various high-profile schemes at a prestigious manufacturing facility in Filton, Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards
• Manage teams and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and safety requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee quality control, ensuring compliance with construction regulations and company standards

About You:

• Proven experience in civil engineering or construction management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
