Maths Teacher (Full-Time/Possible A-level teaching)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Teacher to join our vibrant, inclusive, medium sized secondary school catering to students aged 11-18. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage young learners in mathematics.

Position Details:

• Location: Bristol
• Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
• Start Date: Depending on Availablity
• Salary: Daily rate or MPS - UPS

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic Maths lessons to students aged 11-16, following the national curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and assess students' work, ensuring progress and success
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, events, and collaboration with staff

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level is highly desirable
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build effective relationships with students
• A commitment to promoting a passion for languages and intercultural understanding
