SC Cleared Senior IT Support Engineer: Windows, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure, AWS 2nd/3rd Line:
The Role:
- We are looking for an IT Support SME, who has extensive knowledge of 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line capabilities.
- Hybrid working role - between 1-3 days in the office per week 30 minutes South of Bristol.
- 6 month contract duration, highly likely to extend to 12 months.
- Candidates MUST have SC Clearance or higher to be considered
Responsibilities/ Requirements:
- 2nd Line Support and some 3rd Line support.
- Windows focused
- Expert with Active Directory, Group Policy etc...
- Cloud experience with Azure and AWS (Desirable)
- Office 365 Support among other Microsoft Software packages (Onedrive, Teams, etc....)
- ITIL Certified in IT Service Management
- Administration of Virtual Machines (Hyper-V/VMware) - (Desirable)
- Networking knowledge (VPNs)
- SCCM/MECM experience
- PowerShell scripting experience (Desirable)
- Fortinet Product experience (Desirable)
