Fitness Instructor

As an Exercise Class Instructor at the Leisure Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all users, with particular attention to those participating in exercise classes. You are expected to follow your training and deliver classes as outlined. Setting up equipment on time and ensuring customer satisfaction are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will help achieve the key objectives of the contract and support any promotions run by the Leisure Centre. Working independently, you will perform tasks such as setting out equipment as required, delivering classes according to the aerobic timetable, and maintaining a high standard of interaction with customers. You may also be assigned other duties by your line manager. Ensuring correct health and safety practices are applied appropriately and in accordance with your training is essential.
