Title: Lead Technical Architect
Position Type: Direct Placement
Location: Hybrid (ideally 2-3 days per week in the office) in Avonmouth, Bristol BS11 0DD, United Kingdom.
As a lead technical architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing IT solutions using a variety of tools including integration middleware, PowerApps, and other automation tools. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, architecting integration solutions, and defining technical architecture using business best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Azure Paas an Saas, Integration middleware, automation services, and have experience in delivering successful technical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy integration processes to connect various applications, systems, and data sources.
- Provide expertise and development skills of Power Apps to automate and improve business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth functioning of system processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to automation processes, configuration, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct testing, performance tuning, and optimization of solutions to ensure optimal efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor processes and proactively address potential performance bottlenecks or errors.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in integration technologies and propose improvements accordingly.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within the defined timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Integration Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with middleware platforms.
- In-depth understanding of integration concepts, techniques, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying IT systems to automate and improve business processes
- Proficient in data mapping, transformation, and validation using integration tools.
- Solid understanding of API integration, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with various enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, databases, etc.) and how to build solutions with them
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Experience with Boomi Integration platform
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and commerce scale unit
- Excellent knowledge of Azure Integration services including Logic apps, data factory, api management
- Good working knowledge of Dataverse and the use of Dataverse and dual write to deploy PowerApps
