We are currently looking to hire a Sales Executive into our CPR team on a permanent basis, working remotely but also as a Hybrid pattern as and when required to be on site.

Role overview:

• 8+ years of Sales Experience and out of this 5+ years of experience in the UK market.
• Candidate must have worked with Consumer Product and Retail clients.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and Manufacturing process in Consumer Product and Retail (CPR) Industry
• Successfully sold large deals for solutions/ services in CPR industry
• Existing relationship in the UK CPR market will be advantageous.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in complex matrix organization – collaborative approach.
• Ability to work with partner companies.
• Ready to travel to meet customers.
• Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.

Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.

Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience or in a similar client-facing role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
