Job Requirements/Description

We have an exciting opportunity for two Development Graduates to join our team in London, Oldham or Bristol for a Fixed term period of 24 months. The successful individual will be able to learn, develop and hone their skills to start their career within the construction sector.

In this role, you will support the Development team in managing ongoing projects and submissions for new business opportunities. You will learn various skills from monitoring the defects management process, assisting with appraisals for existing stock and tender submissions, and collating performance data/financial MI to preparing and processing a broad range of documentation on behalf of the wider team. This role is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm and on a hybrid work model.

Pay Structure

  • 1st year - £28,745.
  • 2nd year - £31,044.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management or Civil Engineering.
  • You are required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Analytical approach with intellectual rigour with effective problem solving and sound judgement.
  • Taking ownership of casework and being an effective team member.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work.
  • Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
