• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in consumer-focused marketing management, preferably in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in project management tools
• A track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns across traditional and digital platforms
• Experience in fast-paced service or retail environments
• Strong project management skills, juggling multiple projects within tight deadlines

Having a PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP certification is a great bonus!
