Implementation Project Manager – RPO / MSP

Reporting to our Operations & Implementation Director and leading a small Project Support team this role will ensure implementation excellence for both new and existing customers. To aid the continued growth of our RPO and MSP solutions as well as group wide global expansion.

You will be responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the timely and quality implementation of new services. You will oversee the successful migration of contractors and suppliers, while identifying and mitigating risks and uncovering new opportunities. Your role will involve forward planning for known projects, including customer continuous improvement (CI), regulatory, and ISO requirements, as well as tentative bids.

You will proactively promote Sanderson both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with the Delivery, Support Teams, and other Shared Service functions. Your ability to establish and maintain these relationships will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, suppliers, external parties, and contractors.
• Foster effective relationships with shared service, delivery teams, and key stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Project Management:

• Lead and deliver projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of work streams.
• Monitor project governance and controls, ensuring all documentation is completed and communicated.
• Communicate frequently with all project stakeholders and escalate risks and issues effectively.
• Contribute to Bid Team and Bid Processes, including presenting.
• Identify risks early, propose contingency plans and solutions, and raise them with the client.
• Collaborate with the Solutions Account team for a smooth transition from implementation to BAU (Business As Usual).

Who you are

• Project Management qualification (Prince/agile/sprint/lean or equivalent)
• Ability to problem solve, exercise good judgement, and implement change
• Previous experience leading the implementations of multiple RPO’s and MSP’s
• Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Good IT skills; Windows applications – Outlook, Word, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
