Elite Security Team Leader

TSS have an exciting new career opportunity for Team Leaders to join our Elite Security Team in Bristol, working alongside one of the biggest global retail companies, Tesco.

Pay rate: £16.75 per hour 

Hours: Average 42 hours per week, based on a 12 hour shift pattern

Requirements:

• Five-year traceable work history.
• Experience - Minimum 3 years within the industry or relevant experience such as police/armed forces.
• Must hold an active SIA licence including a SIA Doors Supervisor or Close Protection License.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience of driving and leading a team.
• Knowledge of risk management and assessments.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility and work well under pressure.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
