Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact at the reception area, warmly welcoming and assisting clients, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct internal patrols to ensure site security and report any incidents or irregularities.
• Provide exceptional front-of-house service while adhering to all site-specific security protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless security service.
• Maintain an organised and professional appearance of the reception area at all times.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Smart and well-presented, upholding a high standard of appearance suitable for a front-facing role.

Essential Skills

• SIA Licence
• CCTV Licence
• Valid First Aid at Work qualification
• Access to vehicle/good transport links.
• Minimum of 5 years in a security role, ideally with front-of-house or reception duties.
• Must have a 5yr checkable history.
• The ability to embody and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days 07:00-19:00 includes weekends.

Hours: 42 per week.
