Job Requirements/Description

Clifton College Holiday Club is looking for a a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for early childhood education and care. The ideal candidate will be proactive, nurturing, and able to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential, as is the capacity to oversee and manage group activities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote creativity, physical development, and social skills.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children by following safeguarding and health & safety protocols.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide basic first aid and manage incidents as required.

The succesful candidate will be required to have the relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Early Years).
