We've partnered with a leading regional law firm seeking a Risk & Regulatory Lawyer to join their risk team and wider general counsel office, based in Bristol.

As a Risk & Regulatory Lawyer, you'll work closely with the General Counsel and senior team members to oversee client engagements and ensure strict compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and advising on contract terms
• Supporting the onboarding of firm suppliers
• Providing expert risk and regulatory guidance
• Contributing to various reports and attending relevant meetings

Ideal candidates will have:

• Qualified Solicitor status in England and Wales
• Proven experience in commercial contract reviews and negotiations
• A strong understanding of the SRA Handbook and key legal and regulatory obligations
