Land Surveyor

A new opportunity to join a contractor, synonymous with delivering earthwork and infrastructure projects across the region. Our client, a family-owned company with over 200 staff, is currently recruiting for a Land Surveyor on a permanent basis with experience of earthworks, material placement and level control using Trimble machine control systems.

As Land Surveyor you will:

• Undertake measured and topographical surveys
• Volume calculations for items such as stockpiles and land development
• Produce survey information in CAD drawings, 3D models and reports
• Ensure QA records are updated with relevant information
• Survey existing ground level and carry out interim surveys

Our client requires a Land Surveyor with:

• Experience of working on Civil Engineering projects
• Knowledge of CAD, LSS, Trimble Business Centre or similar software
• Excellent communication skills.
• HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.

Salary and benefits include:

• Salary 35,000 to 45,000 (dependent on experience)
• Company vehicle (van, 4x4 etc)
• Additional benefits include pension, annual holiday etc.
