The client, UK-based planning consultancy known for its integrated approach to planning, design, environment, economics, and heritage services, is looking for a Principal Planner to join the team in Bristol! The client works on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure developments, with their planning team providing end-to-end services covering site appraisals, development promotion, planning applications, and appeals.

The Position as a Principal Planner

The position as a Principal Planner is for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. Essential Requirements for the Principal Planner Position

• RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant (RTPI)
• Demonstrable relevant experience.
• Member of the RTPI
• Proven track record of managing complex planning projects and securing planning consent.
• Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
