Salary - £28,000 rising to £30,000 after 6 months

Somerset Bridge Limited are seeking multiple graduates to join our Implementation team. This graduate level role is open to candidates with a range of experiences, from graduate to 1 year+ experience. The successful candidate may have some experience with any of the following coding languages, but more importantly a desire to develop your skills on the job; Python, R or SAS.

During your employment, you will develop the experience needed to become a well-rounded Analyst, receiving on-the-job training and development support. This role is perfect for candidates who want to develop their technical skills & industry knowledge, whilst also becoming an expert at stakeholder management and problem-solving.

Successful candidates will have the enthusiasm and ability to work in a dynamic environment and push themselves to become independent problem solvers. They will have a desire to help the team improve by putting together more comprehensive systems and techniques.

What we are looking for:

• Strong numerate degree & Mathematics A-Level.
• A passion for applying analytics and data science to solve business challenges.
• An ability to understand complex issues and deal with uncertainty.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to think strategically.
• Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
