Project Manager

Options Resourcing have been tasked with recruiting and experienced Project Manager to join a long standing clients delivery team for work in Bristol.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for running schemes including EWI replacement, window replacement, and external works all on occupied council properties.
With contracts secured for and work on multiple sites throughout the Bristol, Swindon, and Gloucester areas this is, an excellent opportunity to join a sector leading contractor with a secure order book of work stretching into the 2025 and beyond.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the day to running of the project, manage your team delivering the works on site, and forward plan future phases of work to ensure efficient delivery.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the standard set of SMSTS, First Aid, SMSTS qualifications, and HNC or above Construction qualification. Experience running similar projects on occupied properties is a highly desirable and experience working with Bristol Council highly desirable.

The role offers a salary between £60-65k plus package and competitive pension contributions, holiday and car allowances.
