Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a primary care setting.
• Perform health assessments, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and care plans.
• Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Previous experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuing professional development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
