Bristol Sport is a unique sports and entertainment business with the core aim of providing integral support services to ensure the sustainability of Stephen Lansdown’s sporting group of companies which includes Ashton Gate, Bristol City, Bristol Bears, Bristol Flyers Basketball and each of their respective community charities.
Job Purpose:
To work within the Partnership Activation team to account manage and activate all Bristol Sport group partners’ rights packages.
Key Responsibilities (KPIs)
Partnership/Account Management
- Manage existing partnerships and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. These include kit partners, official club partners, digital partners and player sponsors across Bristol City Men’s and Women’s FC, Bristol Bears Men’s and Women’s Rugby and Bristol Flyers Basketball
- Work with partners to identify their objectives and build collaborative plans to utilise their inventory to meet the goals set out at the start of the partnership
- Fulfil contractual rights and obligations for each partner across each season of the partnership in an efficient and proactive manner
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from start to finish, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify risk and growth potential within existing partnerships and take a proactive approach to mitigate and capitalise on each
- Become a creative extension of our clients’ marketing departments by developing campaigns within their contracted inventory for maximum impact
- Host partners at events, planning sessions and sporting fixtures to maintain and develop relationships
Reporting and Analysis
- Deliver impact reports to partners at set points within the season to demonstrate value and exposure through data
Internal collaboration
- Develop strong working relationships with our key internal stakeholders, such as: the Clubs; our in-house video and design agency (Fever Pitch); the commercial sales and operations teams; marketing; hospitality; supporter services etc.
