Walker & Sloan is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable regional contractor based out of either their Emersons Green or Clifton office, with a long-term focus on the Clifton branch.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee two projects simultaneously, with a 50/50 split between speculative and social housing schemes.

Hybrid working is available, combining site and office visits, with a recommendation to spend at least one day a week in the office to maintain team presence. Coins experience is preferable but not essential, and you will be responsible for managing budgets, contracts, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

The role offers a competitive salary up to 52,000, along with a 5.5k car allowance. You will also be eligible for a 10% bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday entitlement and pension.
