This role is working for one of the most exciting businesses in the renewable energy market! From a headcount of 70 in Jan 2023, they are on course to increase headcount by over 200% by the end of the year. Key Responsibilities

• Leading design capability for HV and ICP projects, including equipment sizing, layout, FEED, programme management etc
• Managing a highly skilled team of Electrical and Controls design engineers working on renewable energy projects including utility scale Solar and BESS.
• Conduct feasibility studies, technical and financial analysis and energy modelling (EPC, PPA, Eaas etc)
• Flexible hybrid working model - Site visits required

Background Required

• Experienced a Senior Electrical Design Engineer or Design Manager
• Worked with High Voltage, Power Systems, BESS, Solar, ICP projects etc
• Experience working for DNO/DSO or design consultancy would be beneficial
• Relevant Engineering Degree
