About The Role

Are you an experienced in-house Recruitment Manager with a background in engineering or technology, eager to lead and shape recruitment strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? As Recruitment Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive recruitment solutions, ensuring that our hiring processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with our strategic ambitions.

You’ll work across the business to meet resource needs at all levels, drive continuous improvements in recruitment processes, manage external supplier relationships, and build a strong talent pipeline. In addition, you’ll lead key recruitment projects and initiatives to ensure our systems and processes are optimised for success.

So, what are we looking for?

  • Extensive in-house recruitment experience, within engineering or technology
  • Proven experience of the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing adverts, sourcing candidates, LinkedIn recruiter search, developing assessments, and using psychometrics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to coach and advise managers in recruitment best practice
  • Experience using and developing an applicant tracking system
  • Experience in promoting diversity and ensuring compliance with Equality & Diversity policies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
