Our client, a community charity are looking for Employment Key Workers to support Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders in finding sustainable and meaningful employment through "Jobs for Hongkongers", a national initiative delivered by The Growth Company, our client, and other partners. This programme aims to support Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders through an 8-week course designed to enhance their employability.
Employment Key Worker

Location: Home working, with regular travel to their offices in either Torbay, Bristol, Hastings or Denham
Contract: Fixed term contract to 31st March 2025
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part time hours considered, please state when applying)
This role will be an integral part of the Jobs for Hongkongers programme, undertaking outreach and developing relationships with local partners to build referrals to the project and employment opportunities.
Once recruited, Employment Key Workers will deliver virtual courses and quality, weekly ones to ones, to Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders, providing information, advice and guidance in CV writing, effective strategies for job searching in the UK, identifying priority sectors, mock job interviews.
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate and inspire people facing multiple barriers to training and employment through the delivery of quality IAG sessions and accredited qualifications.
