Job Opportunity: Sales Administrator / Sales Executive

Salary: Up to 30,000 per annum

This is an opportunity that will allow you to develop your sales skills further, by becoming a well rounded member of the sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting and driving sales initiatives, as well as building strong client relationships and handling administrative duties with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling client inquiries and providing outstanding service
• Managing order processing, including quotations and follow-ups
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and timely client support
• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales records and reports
• Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met

• Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Executive role, ideally within the oil or fleet industry
• A proactive approach with excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• A passion for sales and client relationship building
