Building Surveyor

An employee-owned Architectural and Building Consultancy are looking for a dynamic Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to develop their expertise within an innovative and engaging environment, with the chance to support a variety of design based projects across sectors including commercial, hotel, retail, leisure, education and heritage.

In this role, the Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing key professional services such as party wall, building pathology, and dilapidations, as well as design and contract administration.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic Building Surveyor who may be looking for a fresh challenge within a slightly different environment, benefiting from a dynamic structure and a new way of working.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will have ideally begun the APC process, if not already be qualified with MRICS.

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Previous consultancy experience is essential (previous experience within a similar design focused consultancy is a bonus)
• Varied project delivery experience
