Pizza Chef

£13.50 an hour plus tips

Prego is looking for a full time pizza chef. You will need to be able to run a busy service on the pizza section and also have experience in running the pass too. 

Experience with sourdough, biga etc is preferred but not essential. You will be encouraged to bring your own flair and style to the kitchen. 

We pay a top hourly rate and tips are great. 

The role will be based around 45 hours and typically will be 4 split shift days. We actively promote a good work life balance. We also make all pasta in house and will provide training for this and all other aspects of our busy kitchen.
