Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing all costs relating to our civil engineering projects, from initial estimates to final accounts. You will ensure that our projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets for projects.

Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.

Perform cost analysis and draw up reports on changes to works and contractor's claims.

Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the civils sector.

Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
