Commissioning Officer (Home Finding)

Do you want to be part of a passionate and valued team providing the best outcomes possible for children and young people? If this sounds like you, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join an established service working as a full time Commissioning Officer. 

We are looking for someone that has previous knowledge and experience of working in children's placements, home finding, brokerage or within Children's Commissioning. The post sits within the heart of the Home Finding Service which is responsible for commissioning homes for children in care and care leavers. 

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
