In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of various fit-out projects, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You should have experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the fit-out sector, with a good understanding of retail and restaurant projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
