Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of systems engineering activities, including requirements development, system design, and testing.
- Derive requirements and architectures to support the development of future capabilities.
- Oversee the proving and certification of mission planning products in development.
- Engage with customers to understand their operational needs and integrate these into mission planning designs.
- Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver outputs that support the broader weapon systems domain.
What We're ideally Looking for:
- Strong systems engineering experience across the entire lifecycle.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and configuration management.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and end users.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and the software development lifecycle.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in mission planning or electronic warfare domains.
- Familiarity with IBM engineering tools (Rhapsody, DOORS, Engineering Workflow Manager).
