Saddlers are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager

Location
Based in Bristol or Birmingham depending on where the successful candidate is located.

Job Role

The right candidate must have a strong background in Rail, small works or Facilities Management. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Manager to join our team, to based between Birmingham and Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a commercial team while working on a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be managing a team of up to 25 individuals.

Experience Required
  • Membership of a Professional Institution - such as SCSI or RICS
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Rail, FM or small works background
  • Financial Management
  • Dispute resolution
  • Behavioural Based Safety (BBS)
  • Managing and leading others
  • Experienced managing a team
  • Line Manager experience desirable
