Agile Software Project Manager

Opus is seeking an Agile Software Project Manager to join a leading Bristol-based software solutions provider serving the professional services industry. As a key member of their talented engineering team, you'll oversee software builds and releases, bridging the gap between technology and business. With direct client interaction, you'll leverage your strong Agile background and exceptional leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sprint cycles and host daily stand-ups
• Oversee software delivery process from planning to release
• Collaborate with Software Engineers (PHP), QA’s, and Product Owner
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Experience working within a highly regulated environment beneficial
• Familiarity with PHP development and software testing processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus
