Deli very Consultant

The role of a Delivery Recruitment Consultant is generally to work alongside a client facing consultant and assist with generating candidates relevant to a particular vacancy/assignment.

Specific Duties

Attend client meetings to understand vacancy requirements

Take brief from consultant regarding vacancy details and candidate brief

Advertise vacancies on job boards

Conduct CV searches on job boards and Flagship database

Maximise LinkedIn for research and for contacting potential candidates

Network via various internet portals and groups to generate leads

Headhunt potential candidates identified for an assignment

Interview candidates via the telephone

Compose candidates CV s

Person Specification

Confident communicator both on the telephone and face to face
