Security Receptionist

Salary: £12.24 per hour

Shift: 2 Days from 08:00 - 16:00 (16 hours per week)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Receptionist who will work at our client’s premises.

Duties as a Security Receptionist

• To act as a focal point for all day-to-day operations, contact and information.
• Maintain Security awareness all the time & work alongside other members of the Security team.
• Effectively dealing with all enquiries and visitor interactions at the front desk and contacting colleagues when visitors arrive.
• Access & egress controls to ensure no unauthorized persons are on site.
• Answer incoming calls or internal calls from colleagues and visitors.
• Receive & pass on mail deliveries to the relevant individual.
• Assist in the preparation of meetings & facilities.
• Respond to alarms and act in accordance with emergency procedures.
• Maintain all records related to reception duties.

Job Role Requirements as a Security Receptionist

• Must have a valid SG or DS Licence.
• Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service & administration skills.
• Security awareness.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
