SEN Teacher part-time Good understanding of teaching learners with ASD, GLD, ADHD, PDA and SEMH Inspire and engage learners with a range of learning needs High ambition for all learners, regardless of their needs Lesson planning and delivery that promotes both academic and social/emotional curriculum A strong team player with the ability and passion for working A good sense of humour and humility Resilience and adaptability Non-negotiables
