Chartered Surveyor
The Role
Our client is an extremely exciting scaleup business in the real estate and surveying space. Founded only a few years ago, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their team even further and are hiring a Chartered Surveyor.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Valuation of Properties - Conducting detailed assessments to determine the market value of properties for purposes such as sales, purchases, mortgages, taxation, and insurance.
- Inspections and Surveys - Performing thorough inspections and surveys to assess the condition and structural integrity of properties.
- Building Surveys: Carrying out detailed building surveys, such as HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys
?? Required Skills and Qualifications
- RICS Qualified (2 years PQE)
- Competently able to undertake Level 2 survey reports and valuations
- Ideally will also have experience with Level 3 reports also (but if not currently undertaking level 3s then willing to start)

- Basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000
- Car allowance of £5,000
