Building Surveyor

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to oversee planned refurbishment projects.

-Management of the contractor on site to deliver works

-Ensuring works run to programme, budget and to the agreed quality standards

-Procurement of new contracts

-Contract administration

-Performance monitoring of contractors

-Management of H&S

-Writing specifications for works to be completed

-Ensure the work is delivered effectively on site

Candidates must be an experienced Building Surveyor, preferably with experience of delivering planned and major works.
