SSSTS Finishing Foreman

Job Title: Finishing Foreman

Location: Bristol

Role Type: Full-time, contract or permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising all finishing trades on-site (carpentry, painting, plastering, etc.)
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail throughout the project
• Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring timelines are met
• Conducting final inspections and snagging
• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained on-site
• Reporting progress to the site manager and resolving any issues that arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades and attention to detail
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate various tasks
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• SSSTS
