Radii Devices provide software and data to support clinicians in delivering the best quality of fit, transforming the lives of patients who use prosthetic and orthotic devices with evidence-based design.

The successful applicant will be hardworking, and confident operating efficiently and effectively within existing administrative processes, as well as identifying and implementing administrative improvements across all workstreams. 

 

The role

The Business Administrator role will see the successful applicant contributing to the delivery of high-quality administrative support to, the management team and customers. The role will be for two days per week, which can be taken flexibly based upon needs.

 

General administrative support 

  • Provide administration support and personal assistance to the CEO and other senior colleagues where such need is specifically identified. 
  • Supporting general office administration and the smooth running of the office 
  • Adhering to systems and procedures – reviewing with Operations to implement better practices. 

 

Assisting financial systems  

  • General financial administration under direction of senior Management team 
  • Working within Xero accounting software environment and/or other accounting systems in the future 

 

Sales and Marketing support  

  • Supporting creation and distribution of social media messaging and narratives 
  • Arranging sales and marketing assets 
  • Conference planning and administration 
  • CRM system management  


Customer support  

  • Responding to email and website enquiries  
  • Communicating and handing over to other team members as needed 
  • Resolving and reporting customer issues  
  • Running reports from the website 

 

Essential Criteria 

  • Knowledge and Experience: Xero Accounting software  
  • Planning & organising: Organisational skills   
  • Problem solving & initiative: We are committed to providing enough room and flexibility to candidates who like to take initiative 
  • Management & teamwork: The ideal candidate must be a team player, and they will be supported to manage their own tasks 
  • Communicating & influencing: Effective communication (both verbal and written)   
  • Other skills & behaviours: We are looking for a person that can function comfortably within a highly dynamic and changing environment and can adapt accordingly 


The Team 

We encourage a flat hierarchy in the team, and you will join the team in our day-to-day activities, and you will be supported by senior members of the team through weekly meetings and daily informal interaction.
