Job Requirements/Description

Are you a digital marketing professional with a passion for driving brand visibility and engagement? As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our online marketing efforts, developing and executing strategies that establish our reputation as a leading R&D facility. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & External Communications, you'll play a key role in amplifying our brand across digital platforms.

In this role, you’ll lead all aspects of our website, including a new relaunch, managing content creation, SEO, PPC, and user experience to optimize engagement and drive growth. You’ll also lead our social media initiatives, crafting compelling campaigns that align with our strategic goals. Collaborating closely with the Marketing, Events, and Business teams, you’ll ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels, measuring success through data and analytics.

Your expertise in website management and content creation will help us shape an outstanding online presence. You’ll manage our agency partners, analyze website performance, and implement enhancements that deliver impactful results. So, what are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in website management and using content management systems, with a track record of launching new websites.
  • Expertise in running SEO and PPC campaigns to drive organic traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, editing, and web page design.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and developing engaging social media campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using metrics to measure digital marketing effectiveness and improve campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels, adapting to diverse stakeholders’ needs.
