Caretaker Handy Person

Are you a Maintenance Technician, Caretaker or Handyman looking for a new role based in Bristol.

Do you have basic experience when it comes to fixing building fabrics (DIY Tasks) such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, patch plastering, basic grounds maintenance etc

Working for one of Bristol's leading service providers to the Facilities Management industry you will be part of a team of 8 Maintenance Technicians covering all planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a large student accommodation facility.

The ideal candidate will be either a Maintenance Technician or a Caretaker / Handy person that has experience of maintaining a large scale building, as well as maintaining the building and the site you will also be a key point of contact for sub contractors and people working or visiting the site. Knowledge of Health and Safety and Compliance will be a massive advantage.

You will be contracted for 37.5 hours per week on site with regular overtime available as well as a call out rota (allowance paid)

Salary 27-28k
25 days holiday + Bank holidays
Pension 4-4% (8%)
