A next-generation and scientifically led cyber-security team in London have opened up and opportunity for an experienced Software Engineering Manager with C++ expertise to lead a team of exceptionally talented developers.

You will have the opportunity to shape the developmental trajectory of the business by overseeing the development of engineers, providing technical direction as well as architectural input and software development (20% hands-on).

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced C++ engineer with proven leadership experience to join a world-class team at a critical phase of growth.

About you:

• Strong C++ experience
• Extensive experience across entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Agile experience
• 2+ years' management experience

Bonus if you have:

• Worked in a related industry
• An understanding of system architecture
• Experience developing low-latency/performance-critical C++ software
• Multi-threaded development experience
• An understanding of networking concepts
