NQ Solicitor - Real Estate

Oculus Legal Group has been instructed on an outstanding Bristol based, Real Estate NQ role on behalf of a global private practice firm.

Our client is based out of offices very close to Bristol Temple Meads train station - close to many of the wonderful attractions central Bristol has to offer.

The Opportunity

If you have already immersed yourself in dealing with Real Estate matters during a training seat. This role will ensure exposure to real estate transactions with a particular focus on development, investment and asset management work.

You will regularly deal with multi-million pound transactions and act for some of the largest investors in the country. Our client's Real Estate team not only advises on all of the traditional real estate asset classes but is also known for its leading role in a number of the more recent alternative real estate asset classes including student accommodation, hotels and leisure and the PRS sector.

You will take a solutions-led and empathetic approach, listening to the client’s unique challenges and providing a bespoke, premium solution. You’ll benefit from all the support you need to develop your networking and client-facing skills, whilst continuing to develop your technical skills too.

In a very collaborative environment you will be immersed into a busy, active team and benefit from supportive training and development from structured initiatives' and via the working practices of some of the finest Real Estate lawyers in the Bristol market.
