Job Requirements/Description

We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our In-House Legal team in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with full support from the business through training from experienced team members.

The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks, helping to manage systems and processes. They will also provide firm line reviews of contracts and other drafting requirements. If you have great attention to detail and inquisitive nature, then we encourage your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Legal Team with document drafting
  • Work with the Procurement Team in relation to the company’s internal procurement and due diligence processes
  • Help to manage the company’s contract database
  • Perform first line reviews of contracts and NDAs
  • Manage the company’s DocuSign system and distribute contracts for signature
  • Attend meetings and take minutes when required

You’ll have the following skills & experience:

  • 12 months prior experience as a corporate paralegal
  • LLB or GDL qualified
  • IT literacy
  • Desire to learn and develop
  • Attention to detail
  • Interest in a career in law
  • Able to adapt to the requirements of the business
  • Contract drafting and negotiation (desirable)
  • Data protection knowledge (desirable)
