We are seeking a Projects Lead to oversee complex technical projects for a leading Defence organisation committed to advancing cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities
- Create models and simulations to predict the effectiveness of systems on various targets.
- Use data from trials and experiments on matter interactions to calibrate and enhance models.
- Analyze simulation results to understand the effects of systems on specific targets.
- Oversee all aspects of technical projects critical to the success of emerging technology.
- Lead and coordinate small teams across multiple contracts.
- Engage with customers to gather and translate their requirements into actionable activities.
- Play a key role in creating and securing new business opportunities.

- Ability to manage budgets.

- Ability to simplify complex systems.
