Affiliate Marketing Manager

We're looking for someone to lead the development and execution of Vivobarefoot’s affiliate marketing strategy globally. Responsible for recruiting, activating & optimising partnerships with affiliates across multiple international programs via Awin.

We are hoping our new team member will be able to come to our Head Quarters in Wrington, just outside of Bristol, around once a week but we're open to finding the right person so please do apply wherever you may be.

WHERE YOU’LL PLAY

• - Develop & execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• - Identify & recruit new affiliates partners.
• - Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued success and growth.
• - Manage Awin platform for UK, U.S & German programs.
• - Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient ROAS.
• - Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures.
• - Report on program performance to wider group and senior management.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ambassador & creative team.

ALL ABOUT YOU

• 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience for retail brands.
• Experience using Awin platform.
• Experience setting and managing affiliate marketing budgets.
• High numerical with the ability to analyse performance and draw insights.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
