Shape A Life is an incredible opportunity for graduates who are passionate about working with young people. Whether you’re looking for more clarity about your career path or have a specific goal in mind, this programme is perfect for helping you achieve your dreams.

You’ll have the chance to work as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant for up to a full academic year in either a primary, secondary, sixth form college, or SEN setting, gaining invaluable experience working with young people.

The programme offers a range of options that can help you make informed decisions about further training and specialism.
