A bit about the job:
- This accounting role sits within the With Profit Fund Accounting production team and will be managed and mentored by a Senior Finance Manager.
- Our new team member will be responsible for ownership and delivery of timely and insightful outputs to internal and external stakeholders and high-quality reporting with supporting analysis to identify underlying drivers and offer business insight.
- With a focus on operation and improvement of financial and operational controls with the ultimate aim of safeguarding both customer and shareholder interests. Focusing continuously on process optimisation, simplicity and standardisation, while leading investigations within reporting and acting as a key resource on projects, influencing partners and handling key relationships across Finance.
- This role will give you the opportunity to build a broad network within Aviva as you will work with colleagues across Financial Accounting, Investment Reporting, Actuarial Reporting, and the wider business.

- Starting salary of up to £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
